How does a project start?
With a no-obligation consultation. You write us a few lines about the event, we get back to you and together refine the format, date, guest count and budget before you commit to anything.
Do you also arrange the venue?
Yes. We have a network of trusted congress centres, hotels and unconventional spaces and we choose the venue by the guest count, format and budget of the event.
Can you handle hybrid and online events?
Yes. We regularly do streaming and a hybrid format with our own direction for the online audience — attendees in the hall and those who join online get an equally high-quality experience.
How far in advance should we contact you?
We can manage smaller events in a few weeks, but for larger conferences and congresses we recommend getting in touch at least three to six months ahead because of venue and speaker availability.
